Position: Asstt BDM/BDM

Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Printing and Packaging or Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing)

Experience: 6-10 years in Garment manufacturing, Home furnishing, Trim and packaging

Skills: Market knowledge, Sales planning, Presentation skills, Selling to customer’s needs

Job Description :

1. Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

2. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.

1. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively.

2. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

3. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

4. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

7. Help team in resolving customer queries. Any major issue highlighted should be acted on immediately while involving all important stakeholders.

8. Holding Weekly review meeting with Team members. Provide meeting minutes to management for review and comments.

9. Participation in regular Plant meetings representing issues related to Order processing and customer complaints and collecting Plant Feedback on Team performance.

10. Provide training to team.

11. To motivate and evaluate team and its performance based on qualitative aspects of the job.
