Skills:

1. Good Creative Skills.

2. Education from any college with the stream like ‘Fine Arts’ & ‘Fashion Design’ etc.

3. Good understanding of the Printing process.

4. Worked in a printing company that has an in-house design unit.

5. Exposure to Illustrator and Photoshop.

6. Illustrator with knowledge of Packaging development (catalog designer & Book designer doesn’t meet our requirement). Similarly, Photoshop with re-touching and photo editing skills.

7. For Tag - Minimum Experience of 5 Years in the relevant process.

8. For Packaging - Minimum Experience of 8 Years.

9. Worked in Esko Workflow.

10. Good Knowledge of CMYK and Special colors.

11. Will be able to convert from CMYK and Special and Vice Versa, should know limitations.

12. Worked in Pre-Press Environment.

13. Understands RIP software, Cut-out & Over-Print, color separations.
