These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at www.manoharfilaments.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by MFPL.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them. We may share our News later and other information about our Product and Services. You may write to us at info@manoharfilaments.com to stop much herring of new letter and other information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

You may use Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Service for any purpose that in illegal as per Indian laws and the laws of your country.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA.

Reasonable efforts may not result in correct and updated data of this site. MFPL neither warranty, express or implied, nor represent as to the accuracy or completeness of any data on this site. MFPL take no responsibility and assume no any consequential liability for the contents of this site or for anything posted on or linked to it, including errors of omissions, commissions, leading to any mistake, error, infringement, defamation, falsehood, or other material thing that might offend or give rise to any claim or complaint.  

9. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and accept that access or use of this site is at your sole risk. MFPL reserve the right but undertake no duty to review or edit or otherwise change this site and any information contained on this site, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Note: The word MFPL used at all places on the site implies Manohar Filaments Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries. Data means all information's in abstract or derived form, whether processed or not. Website means site.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund policy:  If a production is as per the sample approved, No refund of Advance shall be done.

Cancellation policy: The customer shall intimate us 10 days before production is started. If we receive timely information, we will refund the 75% of advance balance 25% will be forfeited.

13. Shipping Policy

We ship the goods as per customer agreed mode of shipment and the carrier.
